Our Process

We are excited to assist you with your project. The first step is to connect with us. You can reach out by calling us directly or visiting our showroom, where our expert team is ready to provide the guidance you need. Below, you will find a clear outline of our project processes. We look forward to collaborating with you and bringing your ideas to life!

The first step in transforming your kitchen and bathroom is a free in-home consultation with our team. We’ll create a customized plan to bring your vision to life.

Then, we’ll set up an appointment for you to visit our showroom, where we’ll provide a detailed project overview and hold a selection meeting.

Once we start, we’ll remove the old elements to make way for your new layout, ensuring continuous progress with no downtime. At the end, your project will be completed, and we guarantee you’ll be 100% satisfied with the results

To transform your countertop, start by providing measurements or a drawing of your space.

Next, choose a Cambria design and edge profile with one of our designers. We’ll schedule a Cambria Technician to laser measure your area, and within 3 to 4 weeks, your selected slabs will be prepared.

Once ready, your Cambria countertop will be installed, completing your project. We aim to make your dream a reality, and we guarantee your satisfaction with the final result.

The first step in planning your addition or basement project is to schedule an in-home consultation. During this meeting, we will discuss your specific needs and vision for the space, including desired features and style preferences.

Additions & Basements

Next, we'll create a detailed plan and arrange a meeting at our showroom to review the drawings and project proposal. This allows you to ask questions and refine the design.

Once you decide to move forward with our company a retainer amount will be due. You'll then meet with our designer to finalize the selection of materials and finishes, ensuring the project aligns with your vision and functional requirements.

Custom Home Building

The first step towards your new home is contacting us either by phone or email . We are happy to discuss the process, budget, and any other questions you may have.

In the initial meeting, we will go over the home design you want, budget for the project, and what is expected of us.

We will then create a design based on the information given.
We will show a 3D rendering of your home and discuss overall layout. We will also show the kitchen and bathrooms in more detail, along with the materials being used.  A preliminary proposal is given at this time. Once you decide to move forward with our company a retainer amount will be due. This is commitment to contracting with Karshner Sales.  Then we create finalized plans and budget.

Once plans have been finalized, we set up an appointment at showroom with our designer. You will select materials needed. This can either happen in one meeting or multiple meetings. Our guidance and expertise will give you the confidence to make all of your selections and material decisions needed to finalize the details of your project.

Once your selections are made, materials are ordered, and permits are approved; we can begin construction and start to turn your plans into a reality. You will get a detailed timeline for the project. Your Design Consultant, Designer, and Project Manager will be there for you every step of the way to oversee your project through its completion.

Our goal is to make sure your dream is now a reality. We promise you will be 100% satisfied with your finished project.

Finally, your home is complete, now it is time to move in! Welcome home!
